Newbee cannot run it on Pycharm

Hello! I'm learning Python and github. I managed to get the downloader to my Pycahrm however I cannot run it. I'm used to see a main.py file which is the entry point of the program. I could not find any. Althoug I set an interpretter I cannot run the program. Any help would be appreciated.

It seems that the code is not provided, only the executable, although you can add a python script to make some changes to the program
