[Twitter] Use `filter:links` instead of `filter:media` in the search

filter:links is the same as filter:media, but also includes tweets with URLs and quoted tweets. Why use it:

1. It also includes tweets with GIFs, which is not the case with filter:media
2. Sometimes it works more stable in terms of returning results. Like those situations when search gives you no results even though there surely should be more tweets.

Also, I suggest to remove exclude:retweets and -filter:periscope from the query.
