The developer has disappeared somewhere and there is no information about him or pyrogram updates. You can use my fork if you need new updates

What makes you think there should be one? Its not related to pyro.

Update the layer and everything will work fine. Or just use my fork: https://github.com/KurimuzonAkuma/pyrogram/tree/dev You can install it with: `pip install https://github.com/KurimuzonAkuma/pyrogram/archive/dev.zip --force-reinstall`
