Video playback via player end point have 10 or more second initial delay.

Issue description

when we play a recorded video using player end point it take about 8 to 10 second if the number of participants ( subscribers ) is 50 or above. Number of participants increases the initial delay also increase. if there is a single participant then the video plays within 2 second. Any suggestion to resolve this issue. we are using good configuration server with 24 cores

Context

The participants need to wait 10 seconds to get the stream displayed

How to reproduce?

1. record live video using kurento
2. playback recorded video via player endpoint when single participant connected
3. video played with in 2 sec
4. again playback same video via player endpoint when more than 50 participant connected
5. video playback take around 10 sec
6. try with more number of users then the initial delay increase

• Kurento version: 6.14.0
• Server OS: Ubuntu 16.04 (Xenial)
• Server Configuration : 24 core machine

Could you check if the CPU rises to 100% just when the playback starts?
