Client connnect time to wss(on some server), is very large(20seconds)?

The first server, connect time is 1-2seconds. Another server, connect time is 20seconds. Chrome web client. ufw is closed.

Do someone know why?

I find same problem when I fix the server ip. Later I used dhcp in server to get ip address, the problem is go. Perhaps you can try it.
