Add custom separators and defines characters' groups in password generator

I want creating passwords with customized alphabet, fixed groups length plus custom separators between groups of characters.

Rules and exclusions:

I use: 0–9, A–Z (without these letters: I, O, S, Z)

Groups separator: hyphen minus (-)

Each group is 4 characters length.

Password length: 60 characters + 14 separators = 74 characters (total)

~300 bits of entropy

An example:

V9HQ-3ALC-7PFW-1MXE-5RNG-0UTJ-4YBK-8VCH-2GFP-6QWA-9MXE-3RNL-7CBY-1UTG-5VFH
