Use UCA to sort entry names

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It seems that KeePassDX sort entries according to raw unicode order when sorting by titles. It may be enough for English speakers, but may apear confusing for other language users.

For example, Chinese usually use PinYin to sort, unicode order of Chinese characters is actually out of order for Chinese users, it's always like listing Google ahead of Apple for an English speaker.

Describe the solution you'd like UCA(Unicode Collation Algorithm) is a solution for unicode sorting. You can visit here for more introduction. As it says, collation varies according to language and culture. It's meaningful for better localization.
