Make a command or other solution to trim the amount of nodeversions and pagepart refs on really old websites.

nodeVersions and pagepart refs grow at a very fast rate and this makes Importing / exporting databases of older projects a problem.

It would be a good idea to make a command to remove nodeversions older than X time that we can use on our development environments to make everything go a little bit faster.
