Crypsis: Have Legend Roles Clickable

Have legend roles click-able and show these users in the UserList View. The behavior would allow us to filter the UserList view based on user role (Global Moderator, Moderator, User). This way we do not have to reinvent a view that does the same thing. We should also provide filters for the UserList so people could change information for this view and select another role without navigating back to the index page.
