REASON: Depending on the type of website some people may want to have the ability to hide their Joomla account username and instead pick a "display name". Also it is possible that some sites may want to have dynamic name environments that other components could utilize (e.g. Gaming related api components that allow Avatar/Character selection. Usually games have the ability to have multiple avatars and usually require the user to select one to represent themselves in web environments).

Propose we add a field to the database for display name. We give administrator the option to have the "display name" defaulted to the username, or allow the display name to be optional and default to the username if the user has not added one, or make it mandatory to create a display name when first using kunena. This gives flexibility for some types of sites that might not necessarily want this solution.
