Update to add a cheer option that utilizes a song query instead of a URL

Request: To have the ability to set a specific cheer amount to trigger a song request query search like the sr command to search and play a song.

Justification/Reason for request: There are a lot of twitch streamers who turn off URLs in their chat due to the potential bad nature that might occur in a live stream. This enhancement would allow viewers to pay a set amount (maybe a variable set in the config by the streamer) to have the message with a cheer for that amount be treated as a song request. And if you want to add a true/false to turn on this ability also in case the streamer does not want to use this functionality.

Example: cheer bit song request amount set to 15

cheer15 ABBA Dancing Queen

This would send a song search query to Spotify for "ABBA Dancing Queen" and then the song would be put into the play que when returned with its track id/song id.
