error: Login Authentication Failed

I've started receiving this error today, having changed nothing and it having worked last time it was used. For the sake of troubleshooting, I did a fresh setup with new auth tokens etc and am still getting the error message. Don't know if this is an issue at twitch's end or if they've made changes that have broken the connection to the song request bot, but it doesn't work at all now :(
