Are the raw measurements published via topic /rxmraw all in L1 band?

Hello! Currently I'm trying to use the GNSS raw measurements published via topic /rxmraw for velocity measurement. I wonder whether the doppler measurements are all in L1 band. Now I just assume all of them to be in L1 band, and the results for velocity measurement seem correct, although not accurate. But I'm still uncertain. The message type is RxmRAWX_Meas.msg, where the carrier phase measurements have been claimed to be in L1 cycles. Thank you!

I've got the same question and wondering how I can publish L2 cycles if they are not already published. @fcladera any answer on this is appreciated.
