[FR]: Add description for cryptography in `README.md` file

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There is no description in the readme file of of Cryptography in Java section. I am not able to properly navigate through the files since the readme file doesn't have a proper navigation links to the algorithms.

Describe the solution you'd like A clear and concise description of the topic which is Cryptography would be enough to solve this problem.

Describe alternatives you've considered An addition for this solution would be adding proper links for each algorithm in the README.md file.
