@ensiform Thanks to remind me about the renderer1 hacks. I did the 'renaming-thing', now I have less micro-stutter, and for all the FPS freaks I have 1000 FPS or so...

You mean scripted speaker (volume/range). Music streams, etc. If I have a basic concept I consider to make a seperate PR for ETe considering the necessary API differences (trap calls)....

None of the things you mentioned is causing troubles with OpenAL soft (with the exception of fading stereo sounds, but this is not Q3e/ETe related). Special API calls should work...
