yet another awesome breaking amethyst update

with the release of amethyst 0.11 some dependiency hell (nalgebra 0.18 :confetti_ball:) was solved, but new bugs occured.

Things todo:

  • [x] update 'Cargo.toml'
  • [ ] fix Assethandling (thanks rendy)
  • [ ] update reexports of amethyst
    • [x] specs -> ecs
  • [ ] fix Transforms
  • [ ] fix inputhandler (in camera movement)
  • [ ] complete this list
