Add KryptonBlock implementations

After the update to the block API that removed the single implementation with handlers and replaced it with a hierarchical system, I chose not to write all of the implementations, as there is a lot of logic to implement for blocks, and this task is very large and time consuming. However, it will need to be done to finalise the block API, and make the blocks function as they would be expected to.
