Standard-Toolkit [Bug]: Window header too height

In 90.25.2.55, the window title has become bigger than in the previous version 90.24.11.317. Screenshots taken from TestForm tool.

As you can see, everything in the window is then moved down.

OS: Windows 11
Version: 26100.3775
Framework/.NET Version: .NET 9 / 4.6.2 (I guess it is any version)
Toolkit Version: 90.25.2.55

This is "Probably" to do with the Krypton components attempting to follow the Scaling factor of the monitor

There are still some issues with the fixes that need another look. Also TaskDialog, looks good in the designer but shows a blank form on runtime, KMB and some more.

I will gather them and probably do some more testing and then sum it up...
