[FEAT]Add search box in Asset Manager/Picker

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We have a search box in the left settings box on the VVT, but when we're inside the Asset Manager itself there is no search, same when we have the asset picker popup when we go to make a variant of an asset.

Describe alternatives you've considered The only viable solution is an effective file tree

Additional context Add it in the white space next to the upload/download/new asset buttons on the right?
