[FEAT] Name tags and Health bars for tokens

I believe that clarity of information on the map is key for ease of use of this VTT. Therefore, I suggest Nameplate and Health bar for the token to be shown either under or above the token on the map. The bar could be connected to the trackers in Token Properties. The nameplate can be connected to the Name in the Properties of the token as well.

One can indeed introduce another button for "show on gameboard" or something like that in the assets' properties, e.g. for the asset's name. Health Bar(s!) should be connected to the Trackers with an additional "show on gameboard" button that can be toggled just as the public visibility. In case one does introduce actual bars, there should be another toggle (show as bar) with two adjustable colours (for actual and maximum values, respectively).

To reduce clutter, I'd suggest to only show all those information on mouse-over with maybe a "show all" hotkey (like with the good old infinity engine :smile: ).

Or have settings that shows the plate with info in the top right corner instead of left mouse click. I believe this is the best solution since it would meet the convenience and reduce clutter (or not create more clutter) :D

Health bars are implemented. Yet, there is neither a decision on nor an implementation of "name tags".
