[FEAT] Avrae Integration

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Avrae is the official D&D Beyond bot for Discord and it's really useful to manage combats (among other things) in an online campaign. It would be really nice to have an integration between initiative on Discord and initiative on PlanarAlly.

Describe the solution you'd like I don't know the best way to implement this, but I think a "bridge" bot that takes Avrae initiative messages from Discord and Import the data on PA would be the best course.

Additional context If we manage to implement a bot that can make PA and Avrae talks we can explore a whole lot of other possibilities like import character sheets and stuff that would make PlanarAlly incredibily more powerful.

I mean it's not impossible, but not super trivial either. It would require a PlanarAlly bot that has to detect messages from avrae (unless it has some webhook/API stuff builtin) that then communicates with a running PA instance

Absolutely not super trivial: it's just a nice integration since PA does not have (for example) a dice system and you're forced (not that it's a bad thing) to use something else alongside it.

Since Avrae is one of the go-to bot to manage a whole campaign using Discord an integration with PA would be extremely useful.

I think it would be neat, but at the same time something like the beyond20 browser extension would work better in general from the general community. The problem with that is that there's no API available for dndbeyond and they won't open one until "the code is polished" according to one of the engineers I've spoken too.
