[FEATURE] In the sidebar, if elements have very long names, they are truncated. Add tooltip

When you have nested assets and folders with long names, they get truncated, making it hard to know what the file is called.

Example.

Suggest a tool tip pops up with the name of the element. Currently, a thumbnail of the image/asset is show, so hopefully it will be easy to add a tool tip of the asset as well.
