admin panel

Some form of admin panel would be extremely useful for public sites.

Possible options:

  • [ ] View list of accounts
  • [ ] Suspend/unsuspend/delete/anonymize accounts (last two likely necessary for GDPR)
  • [ ] Change email or password for another user's account
  • [ ] Allow signups/allow signups with valid invite/disallow signups toggle
  • [ ] Create account for another user (useful when signups are disallowed)

It's the more "boring" stuff to implement, but very important nonetheless.

It's not really similar in my opinion. 197 talks about the actual permission system and this is rather an extension to the settings that will depend on proper permissions being in place.

I would keep #197 specifically focused on the database/model aspect and this is a specific implementation
