Fix Listfile Sorting

With the addition of the binary listfile system, the listfile is no longer sortable. We have a configuration option to switch between sorting by filename or fileDataID, but it does nothing currently. A quick attempt to fix this by simply sorting the listfile proved catastrophic. The time taken to sort the listfile is far too long, I'd rather see the feature scrapped entirely than add minutes back to the loading time.

We need to come up with a better solution to handle this. Off the top of my head I think this leans on the server to provide multiple sorted variants of the pre-filtered listfiles, but maybe more thought can be given to this.
