Convert Local Files

wow.export supports converting local files by drag-dropping them onto the client, but nobody knows about this feature and it's old and degraded. Instead, I'd like to see this implemented as a module by itself (in the context menu, as it's not a primary feature). In here, we can make it much easier to convert local files such as BLP, M2 and potentially more.
