Optimize static assets for client and server

There are numerous static assets within both the wow.export client and served through the website that could benefit from being served as vector graphics (SVG) instead of rasterized images. This will not only improve quality on some resolutions but will also dramatically reduce the bandwidth/storage for larger assets, such as the full-scale logo used on the website.
