Move user-facing website to new server

The official website for wow.export is currently located at https://www.kruithne.net/wow.export/. Moving forward with renovations to the infrastructure of wow.export, our live operations will be moved to a dedicated server for a number of technical reasons as well as the advantage of having a dedicated domain.

The first step in this process is to move the user-facing website (aka landing page) to the new server along with the necessary assets. Temporarily, during a transition period, the download links should point to the GitHub release page. Once the new update system has been assembled, this can be replaced with a direct dynamic download link.
