Apply hotfixes from DBCache.bin to DB2s

Not actually -that- hard to implement as DBCache.bin stores row data in a flat manner, but there are some things to keep in mind:

  • Only do this when client is loaded locally (and a DBCache.bin exists)
  • Only do this if the client is the same version and locale as specific in DBCache.bin
  • Allow toggling of hotfixes being applied or not
