Improve support for tokens with multiple rewards

I picked up some [Pauldrons of the Vanquished Champion], (T5 tokens) on an alt, and the tooltip said

Can be exchanged for 1 appearance you need
Redeem: Veynna Dawnstar @ Shattrath
[...]

Redeem: Kelara @ Shattrath 
[...]

Redeem: Olus @ Isle of Quel'Danas
[...]

These tokens redeem for both T5 pieces, and Season 2 pieces. The first two vendors only have the Tier ones, which I have completed already. The 3rd vendor has the S2 pieces.

Since I already have the looks from the items from Veynna/Kelara, it'd be nice if you only pointed at the S2 vendor guy.

I've wanted something similar so I don't have to visit each vendor or remember which I know.

My thoughts:

1. Grey out the vendor for gear that you already know. Making it "inactive" but still visible.
2. Add another line saying what each vendor sells: Tier # or PvP season set. (Overlaps with request #24 )
