I'm trying to run some cmd line utilities that are 32 bit. I'm running Ubuntu 22.04

Running Conty

Application could not be started, or no application associated with the specified file. ShellExecuteEx failed: File not found.

Hi. This likely means that you specified an incorrent path to the executable, could you please show me the full command you used?
