Terrain elevation clips through buildings

Repro steps:

1.- Start the game. 2.- Create a custom map with terrain elevation. Image below for demonstration:

3.- Play the map and build different constructions in the border of the hills.

Result: terrain clips trough buildings, as if they were partially buried.
