Make Index page numbers canonical (i.e reverse)

As more threads are added page 1 always appears different, also meaning that linking to, for example, page 5, is no good as the content of page 5 (and all pages) will continually shift.

A better way of doing this is reversing page numbers, so that page 1 is the oldest threads and page x is the newest threads; so that if someone does link to page 5, it will (for the most part), always show the same list of threads.
