微软的云业务 Azure 现在也已开始提供 OpenAI 服务的 API，目前支持 GPT 3.5 并可申请 GPT 4。 开发者未来可否实现对 Azure API 的支持呢？

（为 Azure 付款几乎没有地区限制，中国地区的 VISA 信用卡也可支付，因此付费门槛比 OpenAI 渠道低许多。）
