[Other] Add links to toggle between login & register page

What would you like to share?

There is no link to go to Register page from login page and vice-versa. I want add the links to toggle between the pages. i have also attached screenshots of what i want to add.

@Kritika30032002 Plz assign this issue to me under gssoc-ext.
