[Bug]: Footer is fixed & overlapping with other contents

What happened?

The footer is fixed and overlapping with other contents. sometimes it overlaps with some important buttons. I want to improve the footer with some useful links and design as well as make it not fixed and make sure it won't overlap with other contents on the page.

I have attached some screenshots.
