feature request: hide / remove sections from performance tab

first of, THANK YOU! finally the level of visibility I wanted to have in a linux desktop!

under the performance tab, all my devices are showing up automatically, it would be great if I can choose which devices to show / hide, especially in cases where I have extra things like docker virtual networks and RAID HDDs ... (see screenshot below for example)
