Is the list referred to by @JoshuaFortriede the one in the link of the original issue: https://github.com/obophenotype/cell-ontology/issues/3472#issuecomment-3711039949 @dosumis meanwhile, could this PR be drafted while the changes are pending?

The PMID reference included with definition confirms occurrence in birds but links are missing for lizards and amphibians. This should require additional references, ideally.
