Feature request: add the humitity sensor & motion sensor as items in homekit

I'd like to have the humitidy and motion sensor data as seperate items in my homekit app. It would be nice to have notifications for motion and that I can use the humitidy and motion triggers for automation. Eg: i have a simple humidifier (just on/off) on a koogeek plug. I'd like to have it switch on if humidity goes below 40%.

Great news! I have taken up maintenance of the homebridge-nest plugin in npm. The source code now lives at https://github.com/chrisjshull/homebridge-nest/.
