Multi Nest house parallel commands setting "Scene"

Hi, I have 2 nest thermostats in my house, one upstairs and one downstairs, they are in two different thermal zones and have their own HVAC. I can control each one with Siri, just fine, in the homebridge screen I see the request and that request being serviced, awesome work by the way! However, if I try to set a scene, i.e night time and set the upstairs thermostat and the downstairs one to different temperatures, only one gets serviced, I see both requests go in, downstairs "Trying to set" and upstairs "Trying to set" then only one reply Temperature set to upstairs. If I switch the temperatures around or change the room order I can make it set the other thermostat, but only one gets serviced when the commands are queued in quick succession. Is there a work around? or is this a limitation in the code?
