FIREBASE WARNING: Cannot change target temperature while mode is eco

I've not seen this one before - if the Nest is in eco and i attempt to raise the temperate via the Home app, I see the device as Not responding in the home app (albeit temporarily) and the following error in the syslog. Is this new behaviour?

No - I'm still seeing the error and working around it. It would be great if this was handled natively some how.

You're working around it by not using Eco mode or do you have an alternative way?
