Incorrect layer number (possibly due to Z lift?)

Hello, Printing the attached gcode file leads to the PGCode showing wrong layer estimations 1884 layers vs 102). Shown at PGCode: image Shown at mainsail: image Gcode: test.txt

I believe this is because of Z hop. One of my models have 350 layers and with Z hop enabled has ~27000 layers.

same issue for me. 790 layers but pgcode says 11809
