Feature request: "Record" button and conversion to mp4

Current implementation of video being continuously recorded fills internal phone storage rather quickly. It would be great to record only on demand. Additionally, internal conversion from raw h264 to mp4 would be desirable.

I have moved the continuously recorded videos to a /cache folder. I will add an option to let the user select the cache size and auto delete cached files. That should have the same effect.

I added an option in settings to Disable Video Cache. If on then only manual recordings will be saved.
