Feature Request: Disable Pseudo-Reflections on Nozzle

The nozzle reflection is not real and it provides no benefit. On the contrary, it is an unnecessary distraction, an unneeded "wow" factor that I would prefer not to see. If some people like it, could you add a setting to turn it off?
