Print exlcusion region (gcode viewer 2d) is not recognized in PrettyGCode

At first thank you very much for the superb plugin!

I found a problem with the print exclusion region.

if you mark a region via rectangle to exclude from the print (because it may be fallen over) it is not represented in Pretty Gcode.

So from the point of exclusion the 3D PrettyGCode simulation should represent since then that the gcode is ignored from the later run.

Would be great to see the stop of the excluded part in your 3d representation
