重启服务后clash无法工作

Ubuntu20.04，当使用service clash restart以后，clash正常启动无报错，但没有任何连接日志，仿佛没有接收到任何请求。但是接着手动几次restart服务以后，又恢复正常。另外对cgroup不是很了解，clash.service里面运行setup-cgroup以后，在关闭服务后不需要用命令删除掉cgroup吗？
