[BUG] Traffic speed shown incorrectly

Describe the bug

Real time traffic in the notification is multiplied 100 times when traffic speed is 1024 Bytes/s.

To Reproduce

Step 1: Start connection Step 2: Observe clash's notification Step 3: When the upload speed is 1024Bytes/s, it is displayed as 102400Bytes/s
