The patch removes this pytest warning:

WC1 None [pytest] section in setup.cfg files is deprecated, use [tool:pytest] instead.

Coverage Status

Coverage remained the same at 93.189% when pulling 9f479a24868e48433b0cdb9dd5ba5b343abd6f21 on felixonmars:tool-pytest into 9c9e3377c172d879c67a9498c63322a89ee87b16 on Kozea:master.

It seems to break the flake8 python 3.5 ignores on travis

May I suggest that this whole flake8-ignore is now completely unnecessary? Is falke8 still complaining?
