Is it possible to draw specific X-Axis or draw vertical lines?

I have a chart for one month data of every day and I would like to draw x-Axis on the first day of week to separate weeks. Is something like this possible? Thanks.

Experiment with show_x_guides, show_y_guides. Is that what you need?

I have a similar need: I would like to have a DateLine chart with my data (for instance: Browser usage evolution) and would like to add "events", i. e a special datapoint/x-Axis with a datetime and a label that impact all lines in my chart (for instance: Firefox swith the default browser). I could add an "event" line, but it make me modify my data and it does not look good. Is this a possible feature? Thanks.
