PDF/UA aria and role attributes

Good day!

Thank you for the awesome library! We have html documents, which we need to convert to accessible PDFs. These templates contain image tags that are marked with aria-hidden="true". Unfortunately in the generated PDF, these are images are still regarded as figures without a caption instead of becoming artifacts. Would it be possible to fix this?
