WebUI should catch "400 Bad Request" and display error message

found during solving https://github.com/Kozea/Radicale/issues/1582 that error message from server is not displayed in WebUI.

Test case which should be catched

  • revert https://github.com/Kozea/Radicale/pull/1589
  • create a webcal with URL https://example.net/path?parm1=value1&parm2=value2
